Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g minced meat
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 carrot(s), diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup meat broth
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
- 400g spaghetti
- 1 cup cheese (Pecorino), grated
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Spaghetti homestyle
Brown the meat in oil. Sauté the garlic, spring onions, and carrots. Stir in the tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with the wine, broth, and tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs and simmer for about 40 minutes. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain. Season the sauce to taste, toss with the pasta, and serve sprinkled with cheese.
