Spaghetti with tuna sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 5 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), diced
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 350g spaghetti
  • herb salt and pepper
  • Parmesan
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Boil salted water for the spaghetti. Sauté the onions and garlic. Drain the tuna, add it in small pieces, and sauté briefly. Then pour in the cream, add the tomato paste, and about 80 ml of water, and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, add the spaghetti to the boiling water. Season the sauce with spices and serve with Parmesan cheese.
