Rigatoni on spinach cream sauce with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g rigatoni
  • 200 g shrimp (more if needed)
  • 100 g spinach, frozen or frozen leaf spinach
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • wine, white
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the garlic and shrimp in a little olive oil, add the tomato paste and sauté briefly, then deglaze with white wine and cream. Add the spinach, season to taste, and simmer over medium heat until the spinach is completely thawed. This goes best with rigatoni or spaghetti. A very simple but delicious recipe.
