Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 ml sweet cream
- 4 tsp cane sugar heaped
- 600 ml strong coffee, freshly brewed
- 16 tbsp whiskey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whip the cream until semi-stiff. Divide the sugar among the four preheated, heatproof glasses. Pour in the hot coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add 4 tablespoons of whiskey to each glass and top with the cream. Stop stirring! Sip the coffee through the cream.
