Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g chard
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, wash, and drain the chard. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain. Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic, and fry both in the oil. Chop the tomatoes and add them, along with the chard and wine, and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Fondor if desired, and finish with sour cream. We always serve this with something pan-fried with fries or fried potatoes.
