a recipe for a 3.5 L Crock Pot/Slowcooker

First, mix all the ingredients for the tomato sauce in a cold bowl. Set aside. Then, in another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasonings, and egg with a splash of water (this works best with a whisk). Then carefully mix the ground meat with the seasoning by hand. Form the mixture into 10 small meatballs. Pour some of the tomato sauce onto the bottom of the ceramic pot. Arrange the meatballs next to each other on top. Finally, pour the remaining tomato sauce over the dish. Simmer on low for 4 to 6 hours. If necessary, season the sauce again and remove any excess fat. Arrange the pizza balls on spaghetti, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and garnish with some fresh basil. Tip: Optionally, you can fill the meatballs with the salami pieces. In this case, use a little less salt for the sauce.
