Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 50g mozzarella
- 300 g spinach
- 125 ml white wine
- 250 ml cream
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- Chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s), or more to taste

- 2 bay leaves
- 1 kg tomatoes, peeled, from the can
Instructions

Tuscan-style chicken breast
Tomato sauce: Strain the tomatoes and set aside. Chop the onion and 2 cloves of garlic, fry lightly, and add the tomatoes. Season with 2 teaspoons of sugar, bay leaves, salt, and pepper, and reduce to taste. Toscana sauce: Add 1/2 cup water, chicken stock, cream, white wine, and the prepared tomato sauce. Reduce to a simmer. Carefully halve the chicken breast and pound lightly. Fry the spinach and garlic in olive oil, season with salt. Cut the mozzarella into strips. Wrap the spinach and mozzarella in the chicken breast and secure with a toothpick. Coat in flour and fry. Simmer the remaining spinach and chicken roulades in the Toscana sauce over low heat for about 10 minutes.
