Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 small tomatoes
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- Basil, dried
- salt and pepper
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown on all sides. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, top with the tomato slices and mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and basil. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve with fresh ciabatta and salad.
