Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg roast pork
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- rosemary
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp fat
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 cup(s) mushrooms
- 1 tbsp herbs, chopped
- 1 tbsp flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Rub the meat with salt, pepper, marjoram, rosemary, and a crushed garlic clove. Heat the fat in a sufficiently large casserole dish, sear the meat on all sides, and add milk. Add the mushrooms and simmer gently for about 2 hours. Remove the meat and slice it. Thicken the sauce with flour (mixed with a little water) and season with chopped herbs. Arrange the meat slices in the sauce.
