Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp coffee powder (cappuccino)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 800 g cream cheese
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 5 tbsp semolina, soft wheat
  • 4 eggs
  • Confectionery, (mocha beans)
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the cappuccino powder with 3 tablespoons of hot water and let cool. Beat the cream cheese, crème fraîche, sugar, and flavoring until creamy, gradually adding the semolina. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, thoroughly. Pour one-third of the mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-lined loaf pan and smooth the surface. Stir the cappuccino mixture into the remaining mixture and pour half of the cream into the loaf pan. Mix the last part of the mixture thoroughly with the teaspoon of cocoa powder and pour into the loaf pan, then garnish with the mocha beans. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 125°C for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Dust the cooled cake with cocoa powder.
