Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch (Mondamin)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 200g Nutella
  • 2 packs of cakes (mini profiteroles), frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick version

Combine milk, sugar, Mondamin, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and make a pudding. Let cool slightly. First, stir in the egg yolk, then stir in the Nutella. Mix the frozen mini profiteroles with the pudding cream and arrange them in a dome-shaped layer on a plate. Serve immediately.
