Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 shot of water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious side dish

Slice the potatoes, halve and slice the onion (using a food processor on speed 2). Combine the two ingredients and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the potato and onion mixture. Fry for 1-2 minutes over high heat (do not stir). Pour a little water over the potatoes, cover, and cook for 25 minutes over medium heat, keeping the lid closed. The potatoes may take a little longer to brown.
