Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 50 g butter
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- lettuce
- capers
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them. Split them lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Chop the anchovy fillets, beat them with butter and egg yolks until fluffy, and add a little mayonnaise and pepper. Form the mixture into balls and place them in the hollowed-out egg whites. Garnish with capers. Serve in a bowl or on a platter with lettuce leaves.
