Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- lemon juice
- Parsley
- chives
- 4 radishes
- 1 pinch(s) of curry
- salt and pepper
- 1 small cucumber(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them. Split them lengthwise and scoop out the yolks. Mix with the mayonnaise, add lemon juice, 1 teaspoon each of finely chopped parsley and chives, and 2 grated radishes. Season with curry powder, pepper, and salt. Fill the egg halves with the mixture and garnish with grated radishes and the cucumber.
