Schnitzel rolls on a skewer

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 500 g minced meat (pork)
  • n. B. salt and pepper, white
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • 4 thin pork schnitzels
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dice the onions, chop the parsley, and mix both with the minced meat (pork mince). Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Flatten the schnitzel slightly. Shape the minced meat into rolls and roll each into a schnitzel. Cut the rolls into approximately 1-2 cm thick slices. Thread 3-4 slices crosswise onto a skewer. Brush the meat with oil and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy.
