- 5 beefsteak tomatoes

- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- Parsley

Bulgarian specialty
Deseed the bell peppers and cut into small strips, dice the tomatoes and peeled cucumber, and finely dice the onion. Gently mix everything and season with pepper, salt, chopped parsley, sliced dill, oil, and vinegar. Sprinkle with the coarsely crumbled feta cheese. To preserve the flavor of the salad, it’s best to let it sit, covered, in a cool place for a while before serving.
