Cheese lasagna, simple, vegetarian, quick and cheap

Using a whisk, thoroughly mix the cream cheese, 3 eggs, salt, mineral water, oil, and 3/4 of the sour cream (reserve 1 tbsp for brushing). Cover a greased baking dish with 1 sheet of dough and drizzle with a little oil. Then take one sheet of dough, simply crumple it in the bowl with the cheese mixture so that it absorbs the mixture, and place it crumpled in the baking dish. Repeat this process with all the sheets, leaving 1 sheet for covering. The sheets will now be crumpled balls soaked in the cheese mixture, lying side by side. Now place the last sheet flat on top and poke air holes in it all over with a fork. Mix the fourth egg with the remaining sour cream and brush the surface with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes. Serve with natural yogurt or fresh milk!
