Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 350 g sugar
- 170 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 180 g flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- some butter-vanilla flavoring

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius fan-assisted). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly. Stir the oil into the chocolate. Beat the eggs with a mixer on high until frothy, slowly adding the sugar. Beat until the sugar has dissolved and a thick, creamy mixture forms. Add the vanilla extract. Mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the chocolate mixture to the foam mixture and mix briefly, then add the flour and gently stir in with a wooden spoon. Transfer the batter to a greased baking sheet and smooth it down with a spoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, cut into squares.
