Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 1 can of corn
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 3 peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 8 bags of seasoning mix for salad with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very refreshing summer salad

Preparation: Dice the bell peppers and cooked ham. Add everything along with the corn to the pasta. Place the 8 packets in a measuring cup. Add oil and water according to the instructions (printed on the packet). Mix the marinade into the ingredients. The salad doesn’t need any additional seasoning (a pinch of sugar may be needed).
