Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt (fruit), of your choice, red
  • 400 ml cream
  • 600 g berries, frozen, e.g. wild berries, raspberries
  • 1 bag of marshmallow(s), mini
  • 1 package of chocolate (chocolate drops)
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Family recipe from New Zealand, delicious cream – yogurt – cream with berries and marshmallows

It’s best prepared a day in advance. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the yogurt. Chop the bananas and fold them into the cream and yogurt mixture along with the berries and chocolate chips. Refrigerate. Important: Fold in the marshmallows just before serving, otherwise they’ll “dissolve into thin air.” You can also use chopped large marshmallows. Frost them slightly before cutting.
