Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 carrots
- 2 parsley roots
- 1 piece(s) butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the parsley roots and carrots. Then cook with a knob of butter in a covered saucepan over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Delicious as a side dish to parsnip patties with savoy cabbage purée, for example.
