Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g white cabbage
  • 150 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 350 g minced meat (half and half)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper (white)
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 500 g potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean, wash, and finely grate the white cabbage. Dice the bacon, fry it in a pan, and fry the diced onion until translucent. Then add the minced meat and brown it. Season generously with salt and pepper. Then add the cabbage, pour in the broth, and simmer over low heat. Meanwhile, peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. After 20 minutes, add them to the cabbage and cook for another 20 minutes.
