Coconut milkshake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 ml pineapple juice
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 150 g ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 140 g pineapple, in pieces, frozen
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

A creamy shake reminiscent of tropical beaches. Vacation in a glass!

Whisk the pineapple juice with coconut milk and vanilla ice cream in a blender. Add the pineapple chunks and blend until smooth. Pour the shake into coconut shells or tall glasses. Garnish with shredded coconut and serve with straws.
