Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 ml pineapple juice
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 150 g ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
- 140 g pineapple, in pieces, frozen
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, for garnish
Instructions

A creamy shake reminiscent of tropical beaches. Vacation in a glass!
Whisk the pineapple juice with coconut milk and vanilla ice cream in a blender. Add the pineapple chunks and blend until smooth. Pour the shake into coconut shells or tall glasses. Garnish with shredded coconut and serve with straws.
