Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spirals, croissants, penne or similar)
- 2 onions, sliced
- 200 g smoked bacon, diced
- 250 g sheep’s cheese, Slovak (Brimsen)
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brimsen – Slovak sheep’s cheese
Cook the pasta until al dente. Sauté the bacon cubes with the onions in a pan (or in the microwave) until the onions are translucent. Crumble the ham and let it melt (it’s a bit stringy). Season with salt (almost unnecessary), pepper, and parsley. Serve the pasta and pour the cheese mixture over it. Garnish with parsley.
