Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g redfish fillet(s) or pollock fillet
  • 1 point spinach with Gorgonzola
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes

Instructions

Wash the fish and drizzle with lemon juice. Transfer to a small casserole dish. Slice the cooked potatoes and place them over the fish, seasoning with pepper, salt, and nutmeg.
