Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g redfish fillet(s) or pollock fillet
- 1 point spinach with Gorgonzola
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- pepper
- Salt
- nutmeg
- 2 potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the fish and drizzle with lemon juice. Transfer to a small casserole dish. Slice the cooked potatoes and place them over the fish, seasoning with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Then arrange the sliced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle the spinach over everything. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Simple, yet delicious, and quick to make.
