Pasta with ham, cheese and cream sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 g tagliatelle, spaghetti, etc.
  • 50 g tomato paste, seasoned
  • 100 g grated cheese (Emmental or Gouda)
  • 150 g ham
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 1 small can of corn, if necessary
  • oregano
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Heat the cream with the spices and tomato paste in a saucepan. Finely chop the ham and add it. Finally, add the cheese and the can of corn. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Be careful not to let it burn because of the cheese. If the sauce gets too thick, add a little milk. Serve the sauce with the pasta and enjoy. It tastes even better reheated.
