Langosh from the air fryer

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 2 ½ g dry yeast, organic
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 ml milk, lukewarm
  • ½ cup of crème légère, approx. 75 g
  • 2 tsp herbs, chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Mix the flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add the water and lukewarm milk and mix to form a dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place, such as on a radiator, for one hour. Then divide the dough with floured hands. Shape one piece into a slightly oblong, flat shape and bake on baking paper in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 185°C. For the topping, mix the crème légère with the herbs and salt. Cut the cooked ham into strips. Once the piece of dough is baked, let it cool briefly, then spread it with the cream and place the ham strips on top and eat warm. Repeat with the second half of the dough.
