Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 part coriander
  • 1 part turmeric, ground
  • 1 part cumin, ground
  • 1 part ginger, ground
  • 1 part garlic powder
  • ½ part black pepper, ground
  • ½ part chili, ground
  • ½ part clove(s), ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

spice mix

Mix all the spices together thoroughly and store in a dark glass jar. If you’d like something a little more sophisticated, you can dry roast the coriander seeds, cumin, peppercorns, coarsely chopped chilies, and cloves and grind them fresh in a mortar and pestle—that’s when the sun really shines!
