Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg carrot(s)
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 1 kg pork
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 bunch of parsley
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. garlic powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots, and cut the pork into small pieces. Place everything in a large pot and fill with water until it’s completely covered. I mixed in about 500 ml of vegetable stock, but you can also adjust the seasoning to taste. Then add salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Once everything is cooked, skim the stock into a container. Then mash everything into small pieces and add more stock as needed. A little tip for seasoning the stock: I also added a little garlic powder.
