Endive with potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 head of lettuce (endive)
  • 4 sausages (Mett)
  • 2 onions
  • some milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the potatoes and mash them as usual. Wash the endive and cut into strips. Blanch briefly in boiling water. Chop the sausages and onions and fry them together (no additional oil is needed). When everything is ready, combine the ingredients.
