Oat pan pizza Margherita style

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g oat flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 tsp, leveled Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 tsp, heaped Emmental cheese, finely grated
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a 28 cm frying pan. Grind the oats in a food processor until they form whole-grain oat flour and transfer to a bowl. Add the beaten eggs and milk. Season with a level teaspoon of Himalayan salt. Blend everything until smooth and add to the pan. Wash and slice the tomatoes, place them on the oat batter, and sprinkle with oregano. Bake the oat pan pizza until light brown and flip it over using a flat lid. After 3 minutes, flip the oat pan pizza again using a lid and sprinkle with grated cheese. Turn off the heat and let the cheese melt in the residual heat. Slide the oat pan pizza onto a plate.
