Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ pack of ready-made mix for cooked dumplings (powder)
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 250 g tomatoes, in pieces (can also work)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 125g mozzarella
- 8 basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- nutmeg

Combine the potato powder with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, a pinch of pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in 200 ml of water and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Drain the tomato pieces and season with salt, sugar, and oregano. Form the dough into two round pizza bases on a greased baking sheet. Top with the tomatoes first, then the sliced mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 225 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese, basil, and oil on top of the pizza and bake for another 5 minutes.
