  • 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 250 g tomatoes, in pieces (can also work)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • nutmeg

Combine the potato powder with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, a pinch of pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in 200 ml of water and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Drain the tomato pieces and season with salt, sugar, and oregano. Form the dough into two round pizza bases on a greased baking sheet. Top with the tomatoes first, then the sliced ​​mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 225 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese, basil, and oil on top of the pizza and bake for another 5 minutes.
