Apple brownies with cinnamon glaze

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g milk chocolate
  • 250 g butter
  • 3 apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 eggs
  • 350 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg white
  • e.g. lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter. Let it cool. Wash, peel, and dice the apples. Drizzle with the lemon juice. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. Fold in the chocolate mixture. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and diced apples. Grease a rectangular baking dish (35 x 23 cm), pour in the batter, and smooth it down. Bake in a preheated oven (150°C fan/convection oven, 175°C top/bottom heat, gas mark 2) for about 40 minutes. For the glaze, mix the ingredients with a mixer until smooth and lightly runny. Spread evenly over the cake.
