Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 sheets of puff pastry
  • 2 apples
  • 1 jar applesauce
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry according to the package instructions. Chop the apples and mix with the applesauce. Add cinnamon and sugar to taste. Cut the dough to size to line a muffin tin. Fill the lined muffin tin with the mixture and top with the remaining dough (no muffin should be visible). Place the tin in a preheated oven (180°C) and bake until the puff pastry is golden brown (about 20 minutes).
