Chinese noodle stir-fry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g Chinese egg noodles
  • some salt
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 chicken breasts, 150 g each
  • 4 tbsp germ oil
  • 100 g crab
  • 50 g soy sprouts
  • 1 chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring the noodles to a boil in salted water, then fluff them up once (e.g., with chopsticks) and let them stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Clean and slice the spring onions. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Cut the chicken into strips. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the prepared ingredients one at a time. Add the shrimp, bean sprouts, seasonings, and noodles and mix everything together loosely. Serve immediately.
