Green beans with garlic crumbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g beans, green
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 30 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim and wash the beans, then cook in salted water for 15-20 minutes until al dente. Drain and let it drain. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and dry the parsley, shake it dry, and also finely chop it. Heat oil in a large pan. Add the garlic, breadcrumbs, and parsley and fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the beans to the mixture and fold in. Serve immediately. This dish goes well with lamb chops and other pan-fried meats.
