Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beef fillet(s), cut into fine strips
  • 6 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp stock powder
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • some oil
  • Parsley, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Marinate the sliced ​​meat with the ingredients, except for the oil and onions, and let it rest for at least 2 hours. Heat a little oil in a wok and sauté the onions. Then add the meat with the marinade and quickly fry over high heat for about 3-5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice.
