Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 115 g butter
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 130 g pecans, finely chopped
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Beat the butter with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes until it reaches the consistency of heavy cream. While stirring, add the cream cheese, nuts, and salt and continue beating until well blended. This butter can be used in savory ways (e.g., on toast, vegetables, or fish, etc.) or as an addition to sweet dishes, such as cookies or banana bread.
