Spicy Jalapeño Egg Dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 25 g jalapeño(s) sliced, drained
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 40 g oil
  • 40 g vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 100 g homemade vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend on high for about one minute until smooth. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. This dressing is suitable for all salads.
