Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp sugar, fine
- 6 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Asian snack
Heat the caster sugar in a small, non-stick pan. Caramelize slightly. Add the sesame seeds and butter and mix quickly. Place on baking paper, aluminum foil, or similar. Spread and let cool. Break off portions (they don’t need to be even) and place on the table for snacking. Store in an airtight container. Keeps for about 2 weeks—if it’s not eaten beforehand.
