Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Oil for the mold
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- ¼ liter of milk, approximately
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Vanilla sugar (Bourbon vanilla)
- 8 pieces of confectionery (Mon Chéri) or 16, depending on the size of the steamed dumplings

In a food processor, combine the dough ingredients to form a medium-firm yeast dough. Depending on the desired size of the dumplings, scoop out dough with a spoon and place each praline around a praline. Lightly oil the perforated container and loosely layer the noodles next to each other. This quantity is sufficient for two containers (8 small or 4 large noodles per container). Cover the container with a kitchen towel and let it rise at room temperature. Then, cook in a steamer at 100°C (212°F) with 100% humidity for 15-20 minutes (cooking time depends on the size). Serve with berry compote or vanilla sauce.
