Chicken breast fillet in mustard sauce with cherry tomatoes and broccoli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 portions of chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 3 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (Mondamin Fix)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and salt the chicken breast fillets, place them in a perforated container over a 5 cm container, and cook at 100°C (100% humidity) for 10 minutes. Remove the 5 cm container, add all the sauce ingredients (mustard, Mondamin Fix, and a cup of sour cream), and mix well. Cook again at 100°C (100% humidity) for 5 minutes. After cooking, stir the sauce base thoroughly, stir in the second cup of sour cream, and season with salt. Meanwhile, cook the side dishes. Divide the broccoli into small florets and cook in a perforated container at 100°C (100% humidity) for 4 minutes. Cook the cherry tomatoes in a perforated container at 100°C (100% humidity) for 2 minutes. Lightly salt the vegetables. Serve the chicken breast fillets with the vegetables and sauce, and serve with rice or quinoa, for example.
