Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g wheat flour (soft wheat flour)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g black olives, pitted
  • 180 g cooked ham
  • 180 g Gruyère cheese
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 2 g baking powder

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Roughly chop the ham. Roughly chop the olives. Grate the cheese into the bowl using a cheese grater. Whisk the eggs in another bowl. Sift the flour and baking powder into another bowl. Add the beaten egg and olive oil to the bowl with the flour. Whisk everything together well. Add the ham, olives, and cheese. Add the wine and mix well with a plastic spatula. Line a loaf pan completely with baking paper. Pour the batter into the cake pan. Bake the bread in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes. Remove the baked cake from the oven and let it cool slightly. Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool on a rack, then slice it.
