Oat pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 50 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm, low-fat
  • 10 g yeast, fresh
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

wholesome and delicious

Combine the oats and whole wheat flour in a bowl. Combine the lukewarm milk and yeast and pour over the oats and flour. Stir everything briefly and let it sit for about half an hour. Then stir in the egg and salt. Melt the butter in a pan and, using a small ladle, drop 3-4 balls of batter into the pan (the batter will spread a little) and fry until lightly browned on both sides. Serve with casasun applesauce or a herb sauce.
