Chinese fried noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g Chinese egg noodles
  • Water (salt water)
  • 150 g chicken breast fillet(s), slightly frozen
  • 4 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 100 g North Sea crabs
  • 2 eggs
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as a starter: radishes – cucumbers – salad

Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. Cut the chicken breast fillet into fairly fine strips. Heat the oil in a pan and quickly sear the meat all over. Add the prawns and heat through. Remove both from the pan and fry the noodles, turning occasionally. Add a few drops of soy sauce. Add the prawns and meat again and mix well. Beat the eggs with the soy sauce and fry in a small pan like a pancake. Cut into strips and divide among the servings.
