Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bowl of cress
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a starter to the Chinese fried noodles

Peel the cucumber and cut into pencil-thick strips. Trim, wash, and slice the radishes. Mix well. Make the marinade from the remaining ingredients and mix well with the salad. Sprinkle with cress.
