  • 1 kg boiled beef
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 g flour, approx. 2 cups
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pinches of salt

Place the boiled beef in a pot and add enough water to cover the meat. Season with salt. Finely chop the soup vegetables. Simmer the boiled beef for 1.5 hours over moderate heat. After 1 hour, add the vegetables and continue cooking. After the cooking time, remove the meat from the broth and chop into small pieces. Then put the meat cubes through a meat grinder. Process the vegetables in the same way. Mix the milk, flour, eggs, and salt to make a pancake batter. Fry the pancakes one after the other in a pan with a little fat. On the plate, spread some of the meat mixture on each pancake and roll up the pancake.
