Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 4 thick onions, cut into half rings
  • 7 stalk(s) leeks, cut into rings
  • 500 g carrot(s), sliced ​​or coarsely grated
  • 1 pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Camemberts
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan and fry. Add the minced meat and onions and stir-fry. Add the leeks, carrots, and peppers, pour in the water, and simmer over medium heat with the lid on for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the cheese with cream and flour in a blender until thickened. Season the stew with salt and pepper, thicken with the cheese mixture, and bring back to a boil. Serve with baguette or bread.
