Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp, chopped oregano, shredded
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic, freshly grated
- ½ tsp ginger root, freshly grated
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- ¼ tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes
Very spicy, not traditional!
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead vigorously until a soft meat dough forms. Heat a pan and, using wet hands, form 8 to 10 evenly sized sausages. Add a little oil to the pan and fry the sausages until evenly browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and serve hot. Serve with a mild ajvar. If you use the entire recipe for one serving, you won’t need any additional filling side dishes.
