Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g minced beef
- 20 g flaxseed, crushed
- 1 large egg(s), organic, approx. 55 g
- 25 g Dijon or organic mustard, low in carbohydrates, avoid added sugar
- 75 g avocado(s)
- 10 g sesame paste (tahini)
- e.g. sea salt
- n. B. spice(s)
- 1 dash of olive oil or coconut oil, or ghee for frying
Instructions

Ketogenic, low-carb, Paleo
First, finely mash the avocado. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form 10 meatballs from the mixture and fry in olive, coconut oil, or ghee until golden brown on both sides! Enjoy on their own or with mustard as a snack or salad garnish. They taste even better the next day! Variation: If you like it savory, dice a small onion and mix it into the meatball batter. Caution: This increases the carbs! Nutritional values per piece without onion: approx. 125 kcal, 10.3 g fat, 3 g saturated fat, 267.5 mg carbs, 6.9 g protein.
